Match up to watch: Not a hard one to pick tonight, as perhaps the East’s best big man Al Jefferson takes on the Big Fundamental Tim Duncan.

Analysis: The Bobcats are back in the queen city after an impressive four game trip out west in which they won three out of four games, highlighted by a blowout victory against Steph Curry and the run and gun Golden state warriors. The Cats look to continue their winning ways against the West’s second best (try saying that three times fast) San Antonio Spurs.

The Spurs will be a tough match up for a Cats team that lacks depth and experince, although the Cats may have the upper hand when it comes to energy, athleticism and health. The Spurs are a bit beat up right now, playing with a hobbled Tony Parker (back) and an ill Boris Diaw (food Poisoning) as well as missing key starters Kawhi Leonard and Manu Ginobili. On the other end, the Bobcats are getting healthy at just the right time as Kemba Walker is back for his second straight game after suffering a high ankle sprain and Michael Kidd-Gilchrist is finding his groove again after a few weeks out with a broken wrist.

The Bobcats are a miserable 2-15 against the spurs all time, but with the Cats defense on the rise and the addition of Steve Clifford and Al Jefferson their may start to be a lot more W’s in that win column.
