Former Microsoft CEO places $2 billion bid on Clippers

It appears that we are reaching the end of the Donald Sterling controversy. It has been reported that former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer has placed a bid to buy the Los Angeles Clippers for $2 billion.

Yes, this is not related to the Charlotte Hornets, but I felt the need to post this article, as it will be a victory for the entire NBA family to have Donald Sterling out of the picture.

If this goes through, it will be the second most a professional sports team has ever sold for, right behind the Los Angeles Dodgers, which sold for $2.1 billion a few years ago.

$2 billion dollars is a lot of money, but if I was that rich….I would probably buy the Clippers too.
