The Charlotte Hornets have a link to the league as four of their former players will take part in the upcoming season. They recently completed their draft where both Larry Hughes and Lee Nailon were taken.

Two of Charlotte’s former players in Corey Maggette and Stephen Jackson were already announced as Captain and Co-Captain of teams before the draft took place. Maggette spent one season with the Bobcats in 2011-12 and he will now be the captain of the Power.
