Game: October 29th Charlotte vs. Milwaukee 108-106

Stats: 26 points, 5 assists, 6 rebounds, 1 steal, 1 block

Kemba may have scored 26 points this night, while also being an active passer and rebounder, but the real reason this game was his best is the clutch factor. After being down by 23 points at one point it seemed as if the first game of the reborn Charlotte Hornets season would end in disaster.

Never fear, clutch Kemba Walker is here! After a missed Milwaukee foul shot gave Charlotte a chance, Walker would bring the ball the length of the court before stopping on a dime to launch a game tying three-point attempt. Bang. Walker tied the game to send it to overtime.

He was not finished. With the seconds in overtime ticking away Walker would then hit his patented step-back mid-range jumper to give Charlotte the win. For the moment Hornets fans felt good about this new era of basketball in Charlotte. Things have soured since then, but that is a night fans will never forget.
