The Charlotte Hornets (8-6) will take on the Washington Wizards (6-5) as they are in game four of their seven game home stand. They have won their first three games at home during this home stand and look to keep the streak going in this one as they play the likes of John Wall and Bradley Beal.
The Charlotte Hornets have won five straight home games and three in a row overall. The team is on a hot streak as of late as they have won six of their last eight games coming into this one.
The Wizards are coming off of a loss to the Indiana Pacers but before that they had won three straight games.
The Charlotte Hornets are coming off a 22 point come back win against the Sacramento Kings. That should give them some huge confidence going into this one. Kemba Walker scored 39 points in that game and he is having the best start to a season of his career so for this year.

It will be interesting to see if the Wizards are a little tired heading into this game because they are on the second half of a back to back and this will be their second game in as many nights. They have been 3-2 away from home this season so they have had some success on the road. Watch for some tired legs or some players maybe needing more rest than usual on the second night of a back to back for the Wizards.
The Charlotte Hornets have been really good at home this season as they are 6-1 on the year at The Hive. They will look to keep their strong play going in this one. Nicolas Batum is questionable heading into this one as he came down with a stomach big yesterday but he should be good to go in this one and he was present at the team’s shoot around and said he would play without any restrictions tonight.

The last time the Wizards visited Charlotte, they held the Hornets to 23 second-half points in a 95-69 win March 9 – the lowest-scoring half in franchise history.
This is a different Charlotte Hornets’ team this season and they will play a lot better against the Wizards this year than they have previously. The Wizards are seen as one of the top teams in the Eastern Conference and are a lock by many people to make the playoffs this season. It is important for the Hornets to play well against high level opponents to prove to themselves and everyone that they are comparative and they have what it takes to match-up with some of the top teams in the East and in the NBA.
Best Match-up to Watch:
Kemba Walker vs John Wall
A match-up between two of the league’s fastest and best scoring point guards will definitely be fun to watch in this one. John Wall is averaging 16.7 points per game, 8.1 assists per game, and 3.4 rebounds per game on 42.4% shooting from the field and 30.4% from three so far this year. While Kemba Walker is averaging 18.4 points per game, 5.2 assists per game, and 3.8 rebounds per game on 46.4% shooting from the field and 40.4% from three this year.
