3. How do you think MKG’s return will affect the first and second unit’s chemistry that has been built so far this season without him? Does it hurt or help them?
Connor Penegar: I think that the addition of MKG will not really affect the chemistry of the team as a whole. As we’ve seen in the past, Kidd-Gilchrist is an unselfish player who doesn’t need the ball in his hands very often. He has been a good passer in years past and I think he’s only going to provide more opportunities for the shooters on this years team.
DeShawn White: I think it ramps them up a bit. Lamb and Lin already seem like an established duo that can do some pretty good work together, throw in the improvement of Kaminsky, the savvy and selflessness of Hawes and a willingness to hoist a three or physically drain your assignment in Hairston and your 2nd string actually looks pretty decent.
Jerry Stephens: I agree that the return of MKG will not hurt the team’s chemistry as a whole. It will only help the team. The starters will play better together and the second unit will have another wing off of the bench in Hairston.
