1. Who would win a skills competition between the Charlotte Hornets players?

Jerry Stephens:

I think that Kemba Walker would win a team skills competition because he is fast and can now shoot the three which is required for the event. He isn’t the best passer but he would likely try harder than anyone else to win. I would pick Nicolas Batum but he seems too relaxed and wouldn’t go at the same speed as Kemba. It would be an interesting event though. I really don’t have a clear-cut idea about who would win.

DeShawn White:

Kemba would definitely win since no one has the ball skills or speed that Kemba does, but since the skills challenge isn’t all about speed, then Nicolas Batum would definitely give him a run for his money. I see Kemba rushing to do everything in a quick manner while Batum takes his time to do everything right. Kemba wins from the speed and the extra time he would have to do things.

Connor Penegar:

I agree that Kemba would win the skills competition. There is nobody on this team that has the quickness, dribbling ability and agility that Kemba has. It might come as a surprise, but I think that Jeremy Lin could give Kemba a run for his money. Lin is a very good ball handler and does all of the little things throughout the games. I still believe that Kemba would win though.
