The Charlotte Hornets have had an amazing season with their success on the court. No one expected them to do quite this great but here they are in prime position for a playoff run. The team has excelled this season and we think that regular season awards are in order.

We will be handing out awards like Most Valuable Player (MVP), Most Improved Player (MIP), Sixth Man, and Defensive Player of the Year. We here at Swarm and Sting will be picking who we think should win each award and our reasoning as to why.
There could’ve been multiple players who could win each of the awards this season but we were forced to pick only one. This year’s Charlotte Hornets’ team was very well rounded and almost every player shined in their own right this season.
