Power Forward – 1991-1996 – 19.6 PPG, 9.2 RPG, 4.1 APG – Two Time All-Star
Johnson played for 10 seasons in the NBA where he played five of those in Charlotte and five in New York with the Knicks. He is one of the best players to ever wear the purple and teal back in the during the original Hornets’ era. He was a two-time All-Star in 1993 and 1995.
Larry is the third all-time leading scorer (7,405), second all-time leading rebounder (3,479), and fourth in minutes (14,637). He won the Rookie of the Year award in 1992 and was named to the All-NBA second team in 1993. He could have been the greatest Charlotte player of all-time, if he could’ve spent more time with the Hornets.
