Honorable Mentions

Eddie Jones: Shooting Guard – 1998-2000 – 19.2 PPG, 4.5 RPG, 4.2 APG, 2.8 SPG – 1 Time All-Star

He may have only played two season in Charlotte, but he had a great impact on the franchise in his short time with the team. Jones was able to make the All-NBA Third Team in 2000 and the NBA All-Defensive Second Team in 1999 and 2000. He was also named an All-Star in 2000 when he averaged a career high 20.1 points per game.

Baron Davis: Point Guard – 1999-2002 – 12.6 PPG, 6.5 APG, 3.7 RPG, 1.8 SPG – 1 Time All-Star

Baron Davis started his career in with the Hornets but sadly his career in Charlotte was cut short when the team moved to New Orleans in 2002. He would have easily been higher on the list if he could have continued his career in Charlotte. He ranks fifth all-time in assists (1,605) for the Hornets and he was also an All-Star in 2002.

Anthony Mason: Power Forward – 1996-2000 – 13.4 PPG, 10.0 RPG, 4.8 APG

Anthony Mason will be remembered for his time with the New York Knicks but some of the best seasons of his career actually came in Charlotte. He was named to the All-NBA Third team in 1997 and he finished as the fourth leading rebounder (2,354) in team history even though he only spent three seasons with the Hornets. He averaged a career high 16.2 points per game in the 1996-1997 season with Charlotte.
