7. Glen Rice

Small Forward – 1995-1998 – 23.5 PPG, 4.4 RPG, 2.4 APG, 1.0 SPG – Three Time All-Star

Rice only spent three seasons in Charlotte with the Hornets but he made his impact on the team during that short time. He was an NBA All-Star all three years that he was with the team. Those were the only times that he made an All-Star team and he never found the same success outside of Charlotte during his NBA career.

Glen is the fifth leading scorer (5,651) in team history. He was named to the All-NBA Second Team in 1997 as well as being named to the All-NBA Third team in 1998. He also completed one of the greatest feats in Charlotte Hornets’ history when he won the 1997 All-Star Game MVP.
