Buzz City Beat is Swarm and Sting’s one stop for the best articles from around the internet surrounding the Charlotte Hornets.

Here’s a look at each player’s individual TPA from NBA Math after their loss to the Milwaukee Bucks: Dwight Howard looks great defensively, Kemba Walker continues to perform on offense and Malik Monk‘s shooting struggles continue. In this edition of Buzz City Beat, we look at how the Charlotte Hornets faired in the NBA power rankings after Week 1, the campaign to get Stephanie Ready back in the booth and the Greensboro Swarm’s training camp roster.

Where Charlotte ranks in the NBA after Week 1 (USAtoday.com)

"Dwight Howard, back? Could it be? The 31-year-old big man has played well (aside from his 0-for-9 showing at the free-throw line on Monday) in his first three games with his new team, averaging 12.7 points, 17.3 rebounds and 2.3 blocks. Could this be the chance he needed to rejuvenate his career?"

After going 1-2 in their first three games, the Hornets fell from No. 18 to No. 20 in the power rankings. Charlotte ranks just behind the New Orleans Pelicans and just ahead of the Indiana Pacers. The Golden State Warriors came in at No. 1 while the Phoenix Suns were listed as the worst team in the league.

While Dwight Howard looks revitalized with Charlotte, the team is struggling as they deal with a number of injuries to key players including Cody Zeller, Nicolas Batum, Michael Kidd-Gilchrist and Michael Carter-Williams. Once they are healthy, they should challenge for a top-15 spot in the power rankings. For now, they will need to remain competitive and around .500 until players return.

Don’t Sideline Stephanie Ready (Change.org)

"FOX Sports Southeast senior vice president Jeff Genthner claimed that moving Ready courtside was an effort to overcome the television location being off the floor but after the first few games this season, it was clear that wasn’t the case as Stephanie saw significantly less time on the call."

Sign the petition to get Stephanie Ready back in the booth! Stephanie was wrongfully demoted from being a color commentator on the broadcast by FOX Sports Southeast this season. While she is an amazing sideline reporter, Ready deserves to be in the booth alongside Eric Collins and Dell Curry. Awful Announcing even covered the issue.

There’s no doubting that Stephanie is one of the best in the business. Many Hornets’ fans are upset about the move. @HornetsGifs led the charge behind #DontSidelineStephReady while @AtTheHive, @AdiJoseph, @TomHaberstroh have voiced their support along with plenty of Charlotte Hornets’ fans. If you want Ready back in the booth, make your voice heard and sign the petition.

Greensboro Swarm announce training camp roster (Greensboro.com)

"Training camp starts Tuesday morning for the Greensboro Swarm, with 13 players vying for 10 spots on a 12-man roster."

The Hornets’ G-League affiliate’s roster includes two-way players, Marcus Paige and Mangok Mathiang, and three players from Charlotte’s training camp/preseason roster in T.J. Williams, Luke Petrasek and Terry Henderson. The three players taken in the G-League Draft by the Greensboro Swarm are also featured. Two players who made the roster were from the local tryout.
