2013: Picked Cody Zeller at #4

When Cody was selected, many Charlotte fans were not happy. Cody is a hard worker and fits well in the rotation. This draft class was very bad and not many players have done well so far in the league. The bigs behind Cody were Alex Len and Nerlens Noel. I would say Cody has done better than these players.

The Bobcats passed on Kentavious Caldwell-Pope and C.J. McCollum. Charlotte didn’t especially need a wing so I can see why we passed on them. Zeller has had many injury problems, but when he is healthy, he is a competitor on the court.

Now that Dwight Howard is gone, Cody Zeller will get back his starting job. If the injuries don’t come back, then he will be a great player for the Hornets. Charlotte didn’t have a second-round pick.
