Final Thoughts
Michael Kidd-Gilchrist has been a special player for the Hornets this year while coming off the bench. He is currently averaging 9.5 points and 5.8 rebounds per game. Not to mention he even had seven blocks against Miami in the first matchup this year!
If Kidd-Gilchrist and the bench maintain the level of play they’re on currently, they’re set to dominate opposing team’s benches. Kidd-Gilchrist will only look to get better as the season progresses, so there is a lot more to come for Hornets fans.
On Thursday, the Charlotte Hornets will face off against the Oklahoma City Thunder at the Spectrum Center. Expect for Kidd-Gilchrist to be matched up on players like Russell Westbrook and Paul George when he is subbed in.
