In perhaps the worst loss of the season, the Charlotte Hornets couldn’t get going and lost a buy game to the Cleveland Cavaliers on Tuesday night.

Yikes, that was not pretty. The Charlotte Hornets really wanted this win against the Cleveland Cavaliers before beginning a very difficult four game stretch against four different playoff teams, but it was not to be.

The Cavaliers, who owned a 1-11 record coming into the game, came out with energy and really had control throughout the entire game. The Hornets couldn’t buy a shot all night long, shooting 8-41 from three-point range.

It was just one of those kind of games for the Hornets, they couldn’t get anything to go down and the Cavaliers took advantage on the other end. Charlotte is now sitting with a .500 record of 7-7, good for the 6th seed in the Eastern Conference.

Every player got a chance to play in this blowout loss, so let’s get into the grades.
