Miles Bridges was drafted to the Hornets by way of a trade with the Los Angeles Clippers for Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. This was an excellent pickup for the Hornets, and Bridges has been very exciting to watch.
Something exciting to watch so far this season, is the incredible putback dunks that Bridges has been able to pull off. Many of these dunks that he has performed in the games so far have been impressing; surely adding to his resume as a potential candidate for the NBA Dunk Contest.
One his most memorable dunks would have to be the one from the Hornets’ victory over the Detroit Pistons on Sunday. In this dunk, he drove the lane and created quite the uncontested poster for himself.
Another dunk would have to be the one he pulled off over the Hornets’ victory over the Atlanta Hawks on 11/6. Miles Bridges has not seen a lot of courtside as fans were expecting this season, and as he becomes more productive off of the bench; it could be what earns him a starting spot.
With current starter Marvin Williams not performing at his best, could this open the door to a possible Miles Bridges sighting in the starting lineup?
