4. All-Star Weekend in Charlotte

Being able to host the beloved All-Star Weekend is an honor. This year, the weekend festival will be taking place in Charlotte.

Charlotte was supposed to host the event in 2017, but the NBA eventually moved the event to New Orleans due to some state law issues. Now, Charlotte will get the opportunity in 2019, and it’s going to be epic.

There’s a very good chance that Kemba Walker will be in the All-Star game representing the Charlotte Hornets, barring any kind of injury. You can expect the reception he gets during the game to be awesome.

Kemba has also participated in the three-point contest in the past, so maybe we could see him shooting with the best during All-Star weekend. Also, Miles Bridges has to be considered for the Dunk Contest. His dunks this season have been incredible, and he’d be a perfect player for the event.

Regardless of who’s participating, it will be nice for Charlotte to host the event while also getting some time off as a team. The All-Star break is a good time to get some rest and prepare for the final stretch of the regular season.

It’s going to be a really fun weekend in Charlotte!
