1. Frank Kaminsky

There’s no doubt in my mind that the player most likely to be traded from the Charlotte Hornets is Frank Kaminsky.

He’s been in trade rumors since last month, and with his future with the franchise clearly trending downward, trading him now and getting anything in return would be ideal. He’s a good stretch four, but doesn’t fit into what the Hornets are trying to do.

Kaminsky is averaging just 5.6 points and 2.5 rebounds in 11.4 minutes for Charlotte this season. He’s been out of the rotation for the most part, and a change of scenery would benefit his career at this point.

I’m expecting Kaminsky to be wearing a different uniform at some point prior to the trade deadline. He’ll be a restricted free agent after this season, and would have a chance to prove himself with a different team that is willing to make a move for him, and if things don’t work out with that team, he’ll be able to sign with a different team.

Next. A disappointing veteran trade idea. dark

The Hornets may not get a lot in return for the former lottery pick, but at least it’s something, right? Kaminsky leads the way as the player that is most likely to be traded from the Charlotte Hornets, making this an interesting few weeks that lie ahead.
