This victory was smooth sailing for the Hornets; they never trailed once in the dominating performance. In the win, eight players scored in double figures for the Hornets, with Kemba Walker being the only player to score over twenty in the game for Charlotte.

The Hornets started the game fast, leading the game 14-3 early in the first quarter. At one point in the first quarter, the Hornets had thirteen rebounds; this was the same amount of points as the Suns had. The Hornets scored over thirty-two points in the first three-quarters of the game on Saturday night, while only scoring twenty-six in the fourth quarter.
While the Hornets played great defense in the win, they could not find a way to stop Devin Booker; he finished with thirty-two points and eleven rebounds. This win would be the Hornets; first three-game winning streak of the season.

Player of the Game
While the team dominated on Saturday night, one player stood out in the performance, Bismack Biyombo. Biyombo finished with eleven points, thirteen rebounds, and five blocks in the wire to wire victory. His defensive efforts are what helped the Hornets get out to an early lead at the start.
Bismack only missed two shots in the entire game, but he was also able to dish out three assists to his teammates. As a starter, this was a nice performance for the Hornets.
Biyombo has been well known for his shot-blocking abilities, but he really shined in the game with his rim protecting. After this win, Biyombo is now averaging 4.3 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 1.2 blocks per game on the season.

A victory over the Pacers following this win on Sunday would be huge for the franchise. The Hornets have not been on a four-game winning streak since March of 2018; the Hornets only had two four-game winning streaks occur last season.
