Welcome to Buzz City Beat, a daily roundup of the best articles from around the internet surrounding the Charlotte Hornets.

Following the win at home over the New York Knicks on Monday, the Charlotte Hornets look to win again on the road against the Boston Celtics on Wednesday night. In this edition of Buzz City Beat, we will provide the prediction for Wednesday night’s game, discuss the All-Star game’s court, and Miles Bridges in the Dunk Contest.

Charlotte Hornets @ Boston Celtics Prediction (ScoresandStats.com)

"The Boston Celtics are winners of six of their last seven games and are deep enough to thrive even when All-Star point guard Kyrie Irving sits out. PREDICTION: Celtics 115, Hornets 103"

In this prediction, the Charlotte Hornets are predicted to lose against the Celtics. The Celtics will potentially be with Kyrie Irving, which is a devastating blow to their team. The Celtics and Hornets are currently tied with a win apiece in the season series.

The latest game between the two teams came in late December, with the Hornets losing 119-103 on the road in Boston. The Hornets will have a nice chance for a victory if Irving does not play on Wednesday night.

All-Star Court Revealed (Twitter: @ZachLowe_NBA)

The court for the All-Star game looks great and has a nice Hornets theme surrounding the court. The All-Star game has not been in Charlotte since the 1991 season, and this court represents the Hornets and Charlotte well.

The hexagons on the court also give the court a Hornets’ honeycomb vibe to it. I am excited to see what happens on All-Star weekend, especially when Kemba Walker gets to start on his home turf.

Miles Bridges has ‘some dunks up his sleeve’s” (CharlotteObserver.com)

"“I’ve got some dunks up my sleeve,” he said, smiling. “You’ll just have to wait and see.”"

It is no secret that Miles Bridges has been a dominant force this season with his dunking abilities. On the season, Bridges has completed thirty-six dunks; this is impressive for a rookie.

Just knowing that Bridges has some dunks up his sleeve for the All-Star game is very exciting. If Bridges can make superb dunks with opposing players contesting him, I can only imagine what kind of dunks he can perform while unguarded.
