No. 1 – New York Knicks:

Zachary Padmore – Zion Williamson. (Duke)

“Zion Williamson is the obvious choice for whichever team is picking first in the 2019 NBA Draft. He’s arguably the best college prospect since Anthony Davis, and has star written all over him.

New York landing Zion will change the franchise, and he could already attract impending free agents such as Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving, or maybe even Charlotte Hornets star Kemba Walker.

I have never seen a prospect with his size, athleticism and skill set. He’s a great defender, he has a crafty handle and shooting potential to go with his superior jumping ability. Williamson is a special talent, and it says a lot that we already know who is going first overall two months before the draft.”

Giovanni Spillman – Zion Williamson. (Duke)

“There is no clearer choice for a pick in this years draft than the New York Knicks taking Zion Williamson at the #1 overall pick.

After trading away Kristaps Porzingis to the Mavericks, the Knicks have been weak at their power forward position. Drafting Zion would improve their team tremendously and would give them a nice young big three for their team with Williamson, Dennis Smith Jr., and Kevin Knox.”
