No. 3 – Cleveland Cavaliers:

Zachary Padmore – R.J. Barrett. (Duke)

“Before the season began, I thought Barrett was the best player in college basketball and would be the favorite to go first overall in 2019. However, things have changed, but he’s still an elite prospect that would be a tremendous pick by the Cavaliers.

I love his motor and the passion that he plays with. He’s not the best shooter, but he’s an elite athlete, a good playmaker and always plays hard. I think he has a chance to be an elite two-way player at the next level.

I’d love to see Barrett in the back court next to Collin Sexton in Cleveland. They would make opposing teams very frustrated with their aggressive play.

Giovanni Spillman – R.J. Barrett. (Duke)

“R.J. Barrett would be the perfect candidate for the Cleveland Cavaliers for a variety of different reasons. He is an offensive threat and could fill the void at the forward position for the Cavs.

He also seems like a team player that would play well with Kevin Love and Collin Sexton. I believe that he could be an instant starter for the Cavs and drafting him would also instantly improve the Cavaliers’ starting unit.”
