Charlotte Hornets 2019 NBA Mock Draft Vol. 2: Post-Lottery Edition
With the wild NBA Draft Lottery now over, the Charlotte Hornets and all other NBA teams now know where they will be picking. Our experts reveal our second 2019 NBA Mock Draft.
The 2019 NBA Draft is one month away, and the Charlotte Hornets are kicking it into full gear as they prepare for the exciting event. They have already held multiple pre-draft workouts, and are doing a bunch of scouting at the Draft Combine.
Today, myself and fellow site expert Giovanni Spillman will unveil our second 2019 NBA Mock Draft. Now that we have a concrete draft order, the puzzle that is the NBA Draft is starting to slowly get pieced together.
You can look at our first 2019 NBA Mock Draft here. Like last time, Mr. Spillman and I will each be making a pick, and giving some quick analysis on what that prospect can bring to his new team and to the NBA in general.

The Charlotte Hornets own the 12th pick in the draft, which will give them the chance to draft a solid prospect. They will also consider the possibility of moving up or down in the draft. Last season, they moved down one spot in order to select Miles Bridges 12th overall, while getting two future second round draft picks in the process.
Charlotte also owns the 36th overall pick, as well as the 52nd pick in the second round.
Mitch Kupchak‘s first draft as General Manager of the Charlotte Hornets was a pretty successful one, so let’s hope he can repeat that success this year.
