No. 27 – Brooklyn Nets (VIA DEN):

Zachary Padmore: Goga Bitadze. (Republic of Georgia)

“It seems like a lot of people are still sleeping on Goga Bitadze, which is surprising to me. He’s been playing very well overseas, and projects to be an inside-outside threat, which you don’t see a lot from centers.

Bitadze is strong, and uses his frame to work his way around the basket. He’s worked hard on adding a consistent jump shot, and it’s starting to pay off. He can hurt you both inside and outside, and that’s what I love about him. I would be shocked if he isn’t picked in the first round.”

Giovanni Spillman: Kevin Porter Jr. (USC)

“With the Brooklyn Nets’ second first round pick, I see them targeting a player who can help them with their shooting guard spot. Kevin Porter Jr. would be a great prospect for them due to his offensive skill set.

The Nets have players like Caris LeVert and Joe Harris locking down this position, but I feel that they will need help here in the near future. Porter proved that he was an efficient scorer, averaging 9.5 points per game last season for USC. He should transition nicely into the NBA.”
