No. 5 – Chicago Bulls

The Chicago Bulls are at the point in their rebuild where they have a bunch of talent, and now all they need to do is add pieces around that young talent and win some basketball games. Lamb could be a really good pickup for them, whether they decide to start him or bring him off the bench.

Chicago owns the seventh overall pick in this months draft, and are expected to have over $20 million in cap space going into free agency. They likely won’t land a big free agent, which makes Lamb a nice target for them moving forward.

During the second half of the 2018-19 season, Lamb showed that he can thrive as a sixth man, and I think he would do well in that role in Chicago. Adding Lamb would give them an all-around force, and they could potentially compete for a playoff spot in the Eastern Conference next season and beyond.

The Bulls aren’t being talked about as much as other teams right now, but they are right on the cusp of being competitive once again. Lamb would be a big addition to this young, well-coached team in Chicago. It would be an interesting addition, for sure.
