Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. C. OREGON. player. 125. BOL BOL. 17

Bol Bol is going to be a scary pick for whichever team picks him during the draft. His foot injury is a legit concern, which has hurt his draft stock. If he pans out, he could be a major steal for a team like Atlanta in the first round. Before he got injured, he was a projected top five draft pick.

He has such a unique skill set for a man his size. He can shoot, dribble, rebound and block shots. Before his season ending foot injury, Bol was putting on quite a display of overall skill at Oregon. He averaged 21.0 points, 9.6 rebounds and 2.7 blocks while shooting over 50 percent from deep.

I mean, he had some jaw dropping plays at times. I really wish we got to see more from him, but it is what it is. He’s a guy I think the Hornets could look at, but they would likely prefer someone who can make an impact right away.

I think Bol will be a good player, and a team like Atlanta, who has stockpiled many draft picks over the years, may be able to take the risk and select Bol. I’m eager to see how the early portions of his career play out.
