Vincent: Both of them need to be on fire for this upcoming draft, and they need to be working hard to bring in some talent to help Walker. I think Kupchak has done okay so far, but I would like to see him more active in the trade market. I think they should at least take a look at Whiteside, because I think he could be an asset to the team.

Caleb: You have to believe that he is still a really good player if you are making a decision for him. My only issue is his fouling tendencies which should be addressed day one of talking to Whiteside.

Filippo: Definitely 🔥, I have much faith on them, they seem focused, on point and they are professional. From what I could see they were so much engaged with the workouts in these days. Borrego showed a lot of interest in NAW, talking with him for long. Kupchak was engaged with Little, testing his standing reach. I think they’ll do a fine job.

Elijah:  Always 🔥

Zack: I would say 💩 for Whiteside to the Hornets. It would be intriguing, but I don’t think he helps this team win more basketball games. In fact, I’d probably rather have a healthy Cody Zeller instead. If Whiteside is motivated, though, he can put up some big numbers and maybe a fresh start would be good for him and his career moving forward. I am a big believer in Borrego and Kupchak, though.

De: I think I’m going to go with 🔥. I think Borrego has done pretty well running a Charlotte team as a first-year coach. Kupchak isn’t terrible, but I really feel like he probably could’ve done more before the trade deadline. Other than that, he’s drafted well and I’m satisfied with having a proper and well-known GM. Also, possibly getting Whiteside and figuring out some way to pay him less would make the team a little easier to handle.
