Utah Jazz

  • ’18-19 Record: 50-32
  • ’18-19 Season Series: 2-0 (Jazz)
  • ’19-20 Advantage: Jazz

Another one of the big winners from the free agency period are the Utah Jazz, who landed Bojan Bogdanovic, Ed Davis and Jeff Green, who are all huge additions coming after the addition of Mike Conley via trade. This team is loaded from top to bottom and are legit championship contenders in 2019-20.

Over the past couple of years, the Jazz have severely lacked spacing, but things are going to change this season. The offense is going to open up and provide the players with much more space. This team has potential to be at the top in both offensive and defensive rating.

They should be right at the top of the Western Conference and should finish with over 50 wins once again. Nothing is guaranteed, but it’s hard to bet against this roster. Plus, they have a top-notch coaching staff and front office. They are an A+ organization from top to bottom.

Getting a win against Utah this season is going to be tough for any team, let alone a rebuilding team in Charlotte. Utah gets the advantage in a no-brainer situation.
