The 2020 NBA Draft will be an important event for the future of the Charlotte Hornets. Here’s our first big board for the month of November.

With the college basketball season underway, it’s time to start preparing for the 2020 NBA Draft. The Charlotte Hornets are in rebuild mode, so with a lottery selection looking likely, fans should study up on prospects during the season.

We will help you with that, providing a monthly big board that is always updating. The Hornets do have a nice looking core in place, so adding another lottery pick to the mix is going to be exciting to watch.

Our big board will be ranking the top 60 players in this draft class, while giving a brief description each prospect. Obviously, we do not yet know who will be in and out of the draft, but we do have a pretty good idea of what it should look like.

Two years into his tenure with the Hornets, Mitch Kupchak has done an excellent job drafting. His track record shows the selections of Miles Bridges, Devonte’ Graham, PJ Washington and Cody Martin. Fans are certainly hoping that he can carry that success over into the 2020 NBA Draft.

Yeah, Charlotte has surprised some people with some early season success, but I personally don’t see that continuing. Losing Kemba Walker and Jeremy Lamb in free agency was crippling, but the Hornets are responding in the right way — building a team through the draft.

After years of mediocre play, the Charlotte Hornets may finally be on the right track. The future of this team has got the fan base buzzing.

So, without further ado, let’s jump right into our first big board of the 2019-20 season!
