The Charlotte Hornets welcome the Detroit Pistons to the Spectrum Center on Friday night. Here is how things are going to shape up.
Detroit Pistons (4-8) vs Charlotte Hornets (4-7) will be another chance for the Hornets to get on the right track and break their current four-game skid. The Pistons are coming off of a 117-108 loss vs Miami on Tuesday, extending their losing streak to 3 games.

Reggie Jackson will be out due to back spasms, which means we could see a lot of Derrick Rose tonight. The Pistons have been rebounding the ball very well despite their 4-8 start to the season.
Andre Drummond is leading the charge in that category as he is averaging 16.8, as well as leading the team in scoring with 19.9 ppg.
What does Charlotte need to do to win?
The Hornets are coming off a heartbreaking loss to Memphis on Wednesday night, where the offense went ice-cold in the 4th. Charlotte will need to play a full four quarters of basketball if they are looking to break this losing streak of theirs.
Another thing that could lead Charlotte to victory is the resurrection of Terry Rozier III. Terry dropped a career-high against the Grizzlies with 33 points and was scorching hot from beyond the arc shooting 7-12 from three-point land.
If Rozier can keep this up, as well as Borrego getting a full 48 minutes out of his guys, I can very easily see the Hornets winning this one.
Prediction:
Something’s got to give tonight as both teams are on losing streaks. I think that the Hornets end their skid while winning this very tight game, despite being heavily outrebounded.
Terry Rozier III will continue to have the hot hand, and Miles Bridges will keep playing the game of basketball in a very angry (yet amazing) manner. I’ve got Charlotte 106 Detroit 101. Let us know your pregame predictions as well!
