In a surprising season finale, the Charlotte Hornets won their possible final game of the season.

The Charlotte Hornets came back and had a dominant ending to their game against the Miami Heat. After being down by as much as 20 points in the first half, the Hornets came back to win 109-98.

However, during this game, the NBA learned that Rudy Gobert tested positive for the coronavirus.

This could be a reason why the NBA decided to suspend the rest of their season. This move was made with the intent to keep people players and fans safe.

If this was the last game of the regular season, then the Hornets ended the season on a high note.

This win was a team effort, as the Hornets had five players score over 14 points. The leading scorer of the game was Devonte’ Graham, who finished with 30 points and eight made three-pointers.

Caleb Martin followed up Graham’s performance with a second consecutive career game. Martin finished with 19 points, 7 rebounds, and four steals.

This game proved what Charlotte’s young players could do under pressure, and could be considered one of the Hornets’ most exciting game of the season. Charlotte’s youth continues to improve with each passing game.

The Heat lost this game for two reasons: they missed too many threes and were outrebounded. The Heat finished shooting 15-44 from three, while the Hornets outrebounded them 50-36.

Even without Terry Rozier in this game, the team’s leading scorer, the Hornets were still able to take care of business on the road. This was Rozier’s second game of the season that he has missed.
