For NBA players, social media is a great way for them to get their opinions out. However, one Charlotte Hornets player made some interesting claims on Twitter on Sunday night.
Terry Rozier has always been the one to get opinions out on twitter, but on Sunday night, he made a claim on the debate surrounding Jefferey Epstein’s death. Even after dying last year, Rozier claimed that Epstein was still alive.
While his original tweet was deleted, Rozier did not delete his replies that were given to fans.
Rozier believes that Epstein is somehow still alive, but he continued to give his opinions on the topic. Rozier also made a claim on Epstein’s finances, stating that he “transferred 500mil to one of his islands 2 days before his “death.”
Fans continued to make many comments against what Rozier was claiming on Twitter. After replying to many people, Rozier decided to issue a tweet to end the debate that he started.
In his final tweet about Epstein, Rozier ended the debate and claimed that he was only asking a question. He played it off as a comedic joke, but it looked as if he had fun talking about the issue with fans. However, he also deleted his final tweet too.
So far this year, Rozier has played amazing for the Hornets. After being involved in a sign-and-trade that sent him to Charlotte in exchange for Kemba Walker, Rozier has played well with his new team.
Statistically, Rozier is having the best season of his career with his new averages. After starting in all 63 games that he’s played in, Rozier has averaged 18.0 points, 4.1 assists, and 4.4 rebounds per game.
Three days before the NBA suspended the regular season, Rozier had his best game of the season against the Atlanta Hawks. Rozier finished the game with 40 points, and he made eight three-pointers.
Terry Rozier has only missed two games so far this season, but he’s managed to average consistent numbers for the Charlotte Hornets. Could fans see more of Rozier’s thoughts shared on social media in the future?
