James Wiseman

James Wiseman is an undisputed talent who only got to play three games for Memphis due to recruiting inducements. Before his season suspension, Wiseman averaged a double-double with 19 points and ten rebounds a contest. Wiseman even had a field goal percentage of 76%.

Is the risk of Wiseman worth the reward for the Charlotte Hornets?

Wiseman didn’t get much development in college and drafting him may be a major risk for the Hornets. There are some more developed bigs in this draft with more experience. Wiseman does have some great intangibles that make drafting him some upside.

The combination of Wiseman and P.J. Washington could be a deadly frontcourt combination The rebounding improvements that Wiseman can provide are uncanny. Wiseman could be a great addition to the roster if he’s still available in this year’s draft.

Verdict: Payday(Good Treat)

I may get some flak for this but Payday’s are decent and sit comfortably in the treat tier. Obviously there are much better candy bars but the Payday is still a good treat.
