Patrick Williams was a super talented player from Florida State University. Williams is an extremely explosive player with a lot of potential on the defensive side of the ball. Williams made the All-SEC Freshman team while averaging nine points, four rebounds, one steal, and one block in only 22 minutes per contest.

With a seven-foot wingspan and weighing a sturdy 225 pounds, Williams will be able to switch from wings to big-men without much struggle. Williams shot a solid 45 percent from the field which makes him a possible two-way player.

With the sounds recent acquisition of Chris Paul, the team traded away their young talent of Kelly Oubre so Williams may be able to jump right into the small forward position. Adding Williams to the roster can strengthen the Suns defense and solidify them as a team in playoff contention.

The Suns won’t pick up a guard because of Paul and Booker and Williams will fit into the organization very well.
