Charlotte Hornets: 3 reasons why the team continues to struggle
Throughout the season, the Charlotte Hornets have continuously hit stumps of inconsistency. During these times, Charlotte goes from winning nice games to losing a variety at an alarming rate.
The Hornets currently sit with a record of 7-10. Charlotte went from losing three straight to winning four, and then back to losing four more games. The Hornets ended their four-game losing streak on Sunday with a win over the Magic, but they also lost the following day to Orlando.

There are issues that the Hornets do need to solve, but on Thursday, General Manager Mitch Kupchak told the media that it was too early to make changes to the roster. Kupchak did, however, mention that he would maybe take a look after twenty games.
The Hornets will need to rely on Coach James Borrego’s guidance to steer the team in a better direction. As of late, the Hornets have been suffering on the defensive side of the court.
Many have high hopes for Charlotte, as the Hornets are currently getting a lot of production from Terry Rozier and Gordon Hayward. Currently, Hayward is the team’s leading scorer, with 24.1 points per game.
