Admiral Schofield was selected 42nd pick overall in the 2019 NBA Draft by the Philadelphia 76ers and traded to the Washington Wizards.

Admiral Schofield is 6 feet, 5 inches tall but is bulky in size weighing 241 pounds. He projects to be a combo forward in the NBA.

Schofield is a good shooter with solid range. With his size, he has the ability to post up and score from the post. Schofield can score off the dribble, against contested shots and hit pull up jumpers.

Schofield has limited playmaking skills. He’ll look to work on that during the G League season as a focal point in the Swarm offense. The one advantage that he has in his development in that area is that he makes good decisions with the basketball.

Schofield is an average defender. He must improve in this area if he is the get playing time in the NBA as a forward as he’ll be often matched up against players who are taller and more agile than him.

For his size, Schofield is a good rebounder. He averaged 6.1 rebounds at his position during his senior year at Tennessee. For his size, he should be able to contest and block shots, as well as get more steals at his position.

Overall, Schofield is a gifted scorer with a good motor. He was the first pick in the G League draft for a reason. Look to Schofield to have a major impact on the success the Swarm are able to obtain inside the bubble.
