Charlotte goes even in February as they push for a playoff spot in the East.

Feb. 2: at Boston Celtics – Loss

Charlotte’s losing form carries over into February where this time the Celtics are ready for Hayward, Rozier, and co.

Feb. 4: vs Cleveland Cavaliers – Win

After a four-game losing streak, Charlotte gets back in the win column with a win against the Cavs.

Feb. 5: vs Miami Heat – Win

After dropping their first game to the Heat back in October, Charlotte turns things around and shock Miami with a big win.

Feb. 7: vs Toronto Raptors – Loss

Charlotte snuck an away win in Toronto in January but this time the Raptors storm into Charlotte and get the better of the Hornets. This looks like one of those games where VanVleet goes off for 40+ points.

Feb. 9: vs Chicago Bulls – Win

Charlotte ends their four-game home stretch with the second leg of the Ball Brother derby. ESPN is in town and LaMelo Ball will be looking to show his big brother who the better basketball player in the family is. After dropping their first matchup, Ball will surely have this game circled on his calendar. Charlotte gets a big-time victory over Chicago.

Feb. 11: at Detroit Pistons – Win

The second matchup between the Hornets and the Pistons. At this point, Charlotte currently has a 14 game win streak against the Pistons and it won’t stop here. 15 straight against Detroit for Charlotte.

Feb. 12: vs Memphis Grizzlies – Loss

A back-to-back game for Charlotte as they return from Detroit to face Ja Morant and a good Grizzlies team. Normally I would like Charlotte’s chances here but on a back-to-back, the edge goes Memphis.

Feb. 15: at Minnesota Timberwolves – Loss

The Edwards-Ball rivalry continues this grow with this loss in Minnesota. Edwards and Towns get the better of the Hornets and defend their home court.

Feb. 17: vs Miami Heat – Loss

Charlotte can’t get back into the win column just yet as they return home from Minnesota to an angry Miami team that they just beat at the beginning of the month. Miami steals a victory on the road from Charlotte.

Feb. 25: vs Toronto Raptors – Win

With a chance to beat the Raptors who just beat them at home, Charlotte should be inspired, especially after a three-game losing streak. Charlotte gets a big win at home.

Feb. 27: vs Detroit Pistons – Win

The streak moves on to 16 straight games. Better luck next year Detroit.

Feb. 28: at Milwaukee Bucks – Loss

It seems like every big game against the top teams in the East is on a back-to-back or in the middle of a brutal stretch. Hornets lose this one to Milwaukee.

Record through February: 30-33
