Charlotte Hornets vs. Milwaukee Bucks: Odds, injuries, storylines
Just two days after the Charlotte Hornets took down the reigning champion Milwaukee Bucks by a score of 114-106, the two teams will face off again in what will hopefully be another thrilling matchup for the third time this season.
After beating the Bucks, the Hornets have put together an impressive little two-game win streak. They earned their biggest win of the season, comfortably beating the Detroit Pistons by 39 points, and in the next game, they were able to hold off Giannis Antetokounmpo and co. to beat the Bucks.
Charlotte Hornets odds vs Milwaukee Bucks
The Hornets enter tonight’s game as two-point underdogs against the Bucks, according to WynnBET. This is probably fair considering we have no way of stopping Antetokounmpo and both matchups so far have been close.

Storylines for Charlotte Hornets vs Milwaukee Bucks
This will be the third time the two teams face off this season with the season series currently split at one apiece. The first game came down to the final possession as Antetokounmpo hit a tough shot to beat Charlotte 127-125, while game two saw the Hornets lead the majority of the way and hold off a late surge from the Bucks. Mutuals will be hoping the two put together another tight match, but I’m sure most Hornets (and Bucks) fans would love to win this one comfortably.
Antetokounmpo is averaging 41.5 points, 12.0 rebounds, and 6.0 assists in his two games against the Hornets. It’s best to not even pretend like the Hornets can figure out how to stop this guy, they cant. However, despite his dominance, Charlotte has been able to figure out how to keep the game close and win. They’ll need to replicate that formula from the first two games if they stand any chance at taking home another victory.
