Beal would be a tremendous fit in Charlotte! As a high-scoring combo guard, he would fit perfectly next to the elite passing ability of LaMelo Ball. Charlotte would likely have to trade the contract of Gordon Hayward, Terry Rozier, or both in order to bring Beal to town, but it would be completely worth it.

As a 30+ point per game scorer, Beal could take the Hornets to the next level. Although he is not the most hyper-athletic guard / wing player at this point in his career, he still has enough bounce to blow by defenders and score with relative ease. His scoring prowess could also help take some of the offensive load off of LaMelo’s shoulders, which would help preserve the young superstar’s long-term career.

With a nucleus of Ball, Beal, and Miles Bridges, the Hornets could create a trio of killer “B’s” that could make some noise in the Eastern Conference in 2022-23.
