As a hyper-athletic, shot-creating wing, LaVine could slide into the Hornets’ starting lineup with ease. Paired with LaMelo Ball and Miles Bridges, Charlotte could have one of the most athletic, fastest-paced offenses in the league for the second straight season.

While LaVine is not particularly young (27), he is still in the prime of his career. With a four-to-five-year contract, Charlotte could secure him for the remainder of his prime and become an up-and-coming threat in the East. Altough LaVine lacks the defensive prowess the Hornets need, he would provide more than enough firepower to be worth the contract.

Long story short: if Charlotte can swing a deal for LaVine, they should go for it every day of the week.
