Cameron McGriff

Age: 24

College: Oklahoma State

Position: SF

Height: 6-7

Weight: 220 lbs.

2021-22 Stats (Portland Trail Blazers): 4.7 PPG, 5.0 RPG, 1.0 APG, 3 GP

2021-22 Stats (Greensboro Swarm): 12.3 PPG, 5.8 RPG, 1.4 APG, 42.6 FG%, 32.7 3PT%

The oldest player on the Summer League roster, Cameron McGriff saw his first NBA action last season when the Portland Trail Blazers signed him using the hardship exception. He has spent parts of the past two seasons with the Swarm and has familiarity with the Hornets franchise.

The highlight of his G-League tenure came on March 17th, when he scored a career-high 33 points against the Windy City Bulls. McGriff made five of ten three-pointers in that game, a promising sign for a player who has not made the three-pointer a consistent part of his game to this point.

Now entering his third post-collegiate season, time may be running out for McGriff to make a place for himself with the Hornets. A solid showing in the Summer League could help him find a place in Charlotte or elsewhere.
