As training Camp is finally here and the NBA is getting closer to returning by the day, the Charlotte Hornets haven’t made much noise at all this off-season.

In June, the Charlotte Hornets drafted Mark Williams in the first round from Duke University and also drafted South Carolina native Bryce McGowens from the University of Nebraska in the second round.

When free agency began the team extended Cody Martin to a three-year deal, retaining their best defender for the next three years.

The Charlotte Hornets and North Carolina native Dennis Smith Jr agreed to a one-year deal on September 21st. The team had brought him in for a couple of offseason workouts and mentioned his perimeter defense being a key component in signing him.

Miles Bridges and his legal situation are still unresolved and his future with the Hornets is unknown.

As far as roster news, that covers it for the offseason. As mentioned previously, not much turnover from a roster standpoint.

As training camp begins, here’s a prediction of the Hornets rotation with the current roster.
