Center: Myles Turner

Myles Turner is someone that the Hornets have been tied to for the last few years. There have been rumors that the Hornets are essentially interested in trading for him since Ball was drafted. The interest in Turner does not come without merit, however. Since 2018, Turner has averaged 13 points, 7 rebounds, and 3 blocks per game. His impressive defensive instincts, paired with his long wingspan and strength, have made him one of the premier paint defenders and shot blockers in the NBA. He is also an athletic lob threat while cutting. Turner is shooting a career-best 39% from deep on four attempts per game this season. His paint defense, as well as his offensive versatility, make him the ideal big man to pair alongside LaMelo Ball.
