The Charlotte Hornets ended 2022 in a familiar fashion, suffering yet another loss in a year full of them.
This time, the Brooklyn Nets got the better of the Hornets, defeating Charlotte by a final score of 123-106.
LaMelo Ball carried the Hornets with 23 points, while Kyrie Irving scored 28 points to lead the Nets. Charlotte is now 10-27 on the season following the loss.
