New year, same Hornets as Charlotte falls to Los Angeles Lakers

The Charlotte Hornets began 2023 the same way they spent much of 2022 by losing a basketball game, this time falling to the Los Angeles Lakers by a final score of 121-115.

Terry Rozier did the heavy lifting for Charlotte with 27 points, while LeBron James had 43 points to lead Los Angeles.

The Hornets fall to 10-28 with the loss.
