Jalen McDaniels

Jalen McDaniels is arguably the most sought-after Hornet for the upcoming trade deadline. His name has surfaced a couple of times in recent rumors.

McDaniels is coveted due to an expiring deal and the fact that he’s improved tremendously in the last couple of seasons. Also, his contract is very cheap being only 1.9 million dollars this season.

He’s averaging career highs all across the board with 10.7 points per game, grabbing 4.9 rebounds per game, and dishing out two assists per game. He’s shooting a decent three-ball at 32.5%. His length helps a lot on the defensive end as well. McDaniels’ versatility and athleticism might make him the most prized possession of all the Hornets’ trade candidates.

Reports have linked McDaniels to the Jazz, Pacers, and Spurs.
