Mason Plumlee

Mason Plumlee is having a career year averaging 12.3 points per game and 9.8 rebounds per game. Both stats are career highs for the former Duke Blue Devil. He’s also averaging 3.6 assists per game which is respectable for a center.

Not only is Plumlee’s career year a factor in his potential to be traded, but his contract is also expiring which means he’ll be an unrestricted free agent for the 2023-2024 season.

A contender could definitely utilize Plumlee’s skill set for a playoff run. Especially if he’s coming off of the bench. He’d be one of the most serviceable backups in the league.

Plumlee has drawn interest from a few teams. Most notably, reports have linked him to the Boston Celtics and Sacramento Kings.
