Kemba Walker

The easiest decision on this list comes in at number one. Drafted onto the struggling Charlotte Bobcats, the NCAA champion and reigning Most outstanding player from the 2011 NCAA tournament. He finished second in scoring in the nation and was named an All-American. Despite his grandiose collegiate accolades, Walker only started 25 games for the 7-59 ball club.

But Kemba continued to work on his game and eventually led his team to the postseason only three seasons later at the age of 23. He was able to turn his quickness into instant offense, particularly deploying it for his step-back jump shot

Walker would go on to be third in franchise history in steals. He’s second in assists. And is first in made three-pointers, minutes played, and points scored. The legend started at the bottom and now he’s at the top of the franchise’s history book
