1. Charlotte Hornets at Orlando Magic January 24, 2021

It was Hayward’s most impactful game as a Hornets player. Sure, he had scored more points than the 39 he had in Orlando that January evening (and only a couple of weeks after his career-high night). But they had never been more necessary, than in the game against the Magic.

After being down virtually all game, the Hornets entered the third quarter down by 12. The hornets surged back with a 33-point quarter, led by Hayward’s 13-point barrage. Which included the go-ahead lay-in with nearly no time remaining, breaking the 104-104 tie. The made free throw at the end was icing and gave Hayward his greatest night as a Charlotte Hornets player.
