NBA All-Star weekend full schedule and how to watch
By Ben Handler
Following Wednesday night’s big win over the Atlanta Hawks, the 13-41, red hot Charlotte Hornets will get a full week off for the All-Star break before returning to action next Thursday in Utah to take on the Jazz.
It’s almost a shame having such a long layoff with the team on their best run of play all season. At least this gives Hornets fans a few days to catch their breath, but if they are craving more basketball, there are plenty of All-Star festivities, including an event with our very own rookie stud, Brandon Miller.
The All-Star weekend events will begin this Friday, February 16th, and run through the All-Star game itself, on Sunday night. All of this will be taking place in Indianapolis, Indiana, with events at Gainbridge Fieldhouse and Lucas Oil Stadium.
It should be a fun and exciting weekend, one without a single shred of defense. But this will be the only NBA basketball-related competition going down for a full week, so we have no choice but to consume every second of it and try to enjoy it as much as possible while counting down the seconds until Hornets basketball is back. Here’s what to look for, how to see it, and what I think will happen.
